No. We provide detailed, fixed-price proposals. The only time a price changes is if you request additional work or if we discover hidden damage (like rot behind siding) that couldn't be seen during the initial assessment. If that happens, we stop, show you, and discuss before proceeding.

Absolutely. Thorough cleanup is part of every project. We protect your property before work begins and clean up completely when we're done — including magnetic nail sweeps on exterior jobs. We leave your home cleaner than we found it.

In WNC, weather is unpredictable. We monitor forecasts closely and don't start weather-sensitive work when conditions aren't right. If weather interrupts a project, we communicate immediately and adjust the schedule. We never leave your home exposed overnight.

We use premium products from trusted manufacturers including ProVia (doors), Andersen and Marvin (windows), PlyGem, Trex, and TimberTech. We select products based on performance in our mountain climate.

Our products come with manufacturer warranties (many are lifetime limited). Our installation work is also warranted. If something isn't right, we fix it. We don't disappear after the check clears.
